We had a great November Club Meeting, with 14 members present.

WARC would like to congratulate our newly-elected Club Officers for2015:

• President – N4RNR/Robert Bankston
• Vice-President – KJ4VDE/Densie Williams
• Secretary – KK4MMN/Marvetta Childs
• Treasurer – KK4LST/John Duty

By unanimous vote, WARC has elected to change its Club call sign from WB4ZPI to W4DHN. The WB4ZPI call sign has always been a phonetic mouthful , especially during Field Day. The new call sign, W4DHN, is much simpler and in keeping with the three-letter identifier, DHN, for Dothan. The vanity call sign application will be submitted to the FCC, and members will be notified when the request has been approved.
